Stacy Marie Ness, 42 of Eau Claire, passed away unexpectedly at her home on June 6, 2023.
Stacy was born on September 15, 1980 to Kenneth Ness and Beverly (Best) Kohanek. Stacy grew up in Eau Claire and graduated from Eau Claire North High School. She had a love of family, especially her children, friends, basketball and dolphins and the color Husky blue.
Stacy wanted everyone to be happy, and was always there for family and friends in need. Stacy would want to be remembered with joy and happiness in our hearts. With that in mind, Stacy’s family would request that everyone dress festively casual in her remembrance.
She is survived by her parents; her children: Riley Michael Ness, 20, and Alayna Kaeann Olson, 18 and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Stacy was preceded in death by her grandparents, and her uncles Jeff Best, and Dale and Jimmy Kent.
A Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona with Pastor Jeff Carlson officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Dinner to be served afterwards.
