Sarah Jane Czerniak Nee Kraus, born April 20, 1938 in Medford to Eduard & Viola (Stendel) Kraus.
She attended Little Black Grade School and graduated from Medford High School in 1956.
She went to work for Elmer Hedlund Insurance until the birth of her first child. She was a house wife and mother most or her life.
On November 1, 1958 she married Jerome “Jerry” Czerniak in Medford. They moved to Waukesha, where they lived for 12 years. They then moved back to the Curtiss-Owen-Withee area.
She was a collector and had many collections over the years. She enjoyed her Grandchildren and was a Packer and Badger fan.
She enjoyed her home and doing yard work and also liked going to the casino.
She is survived by 3 sons Brad (Jean) Czerniak, Jeff Czerniak Ted (Kathy) Czerniak and one daughter Sally (Rod) Luhmann, one sister Ellen (Bill) Weldon and one brother Ken (Susan) Krace and many nieces and nephews and Cousins.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jerome, son Mark and her parents and brother mike.
Her wishes were to be cremated.
No services will be held. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
