Rosemary Beth Olson, 86 of Black River falls, WI walked with Jesus, Wednesday, April 14th 2021, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born Rosemary Beth Stuart, the third of four daughters to Raymond Stuart and Hazel (Hiatt) Stuart on April 20th 1934 in Kimball Nebraska. She went to school and grew up on their farm in Kimball until the family moved to Wisconsin in 1956. Their new home was a farm in Fairchild, Wisconsin, where they lived and farmed for many years.
She was united in marriage to Marvin Boone Olson August 26th, 1961 in Colfax WI. The couple farmed in rural Humbird before moving to Black River Falls, in October of 1964. Besides farming Rosemary worked at The Wagon Wheel Café in Fairchild, Grouchy’s Truck Stop in Black River Falls, worked with mentally handicapped individuals and the Family Heritage Nursing Home for 37 years.
She was the happiest when she would work outside in her vegetable and flower garden, crocheting, quilting, doing needle point and painting statues, but the one thing that made her smile most was spending time with her family and kids.
There are no words to describe how much she will be missed or how blessed we were to have her in our lives.
She is survived by her children: Rosalinda Prince of Fall Creek, Jeannie (Mike) Andree of Black River Falls, Donna (Steve) Johnson of Eau Claire, Ray (Dana) Olson of Black River Falls, Dan (Cathy) Olson of Indiana, Myron (Robin LeWallen) Olson of Augusta and Wayne (Jenny Skadahl) Olson of Madison; sisters: Beverly (Arnie) Haugen of Osseo and JoAnn Muhe of Fairchild; sister in law Gena Coach of Eau Claire; 14 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, and also two she saw as her own, Tom and Chuck Cooper.
