Ronald Lloyd Kinseth, age 78 of Eau Claire, passed away peacefully on Saturday morning December 14, 2024 at Our Lady of Peace Hospice in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Ron was born in Eau Claire on July 11, 1946 to the late Russell Kinseth and Helen Clark Larson. He grew up in Eau Claire and moved to Milwaukee in his early 30s. Ron worked for NAPA in West Allis and retired from Briggs and Stratton in Milwaukee after 26 years. After retiring, Ron moved back to Eau Claire where he drove for Abby Vans for 12 years.
He married Karen on January 31, 1976. They would later divorce after 27 years and remained good friends.
He enjoyed spending time with her brother Marv splinting wood and going to the Casino's in and near Webb Lake, WI.
His life in Eau Claire was dedicated to his job and the people he served till late October 2024.
Ron is survived by his; daughter Kelly "ltl bum" (John) Kubacki; his 2 treasured granddaughters Kayla (Nick), Genea (Alan) and great grands. Brother Marvin Kinseth; Great niece Jessica Tomsen.
He also enjoyed hanging out with his grand pups Tony and Luna when they came to visit
Preceding him in death are his parents, his faithful Irish Setter Brandi; Sister Joanne (Bob) Brownell, Sharon (Lloyd) Schneider and sister-in-law Monna Kinseth.
A celebration of life gathering to honor his memory will be held at a later date.

Cremation Society of Wisconsin, Altoona is assisting the family.
