Robert Mickelson

Robert Michael Mickelson, 66, passed away November 6, 2018 at Deerfield Nursing, New Richmond, WI. Robert was born May 23,, 1952 to Robert D and Betty Joan Mickelson in Eau Claire, WI.

He graduated from high school and held various maintence jobs working in restaurants.

He was a loving brother, uncle, and friend to all who knew him. Many of his friends and family can remember his younger days of “being a little hellion”. Bob enjoyed playing his guitar and listening to music. He loved spending time with his family and friends, often making us laugh with his stories, tales of adventures, jokes, and his Cheshire cat smile.

Robert is survived by his brother, Ronald Mickelson; stepmother, Ida Mickelson; half – brothers, Rob (Jackie) Mickelson, Donald Mickelson, and Brian Mickelson; half- sisters, Shannon Mickelson, Lisa Sanza, and Lynnette Knoepke; and many nephews, nieces, and friends.

Robert was proceeded in death by his father, Robert Mickelson; mother, Betty Knoepke; step-father, Alfred Knoepke; brother, Dennis Mickelson; and a sister, JoEllen Mannes.

Funeral services for Robert will be held at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Parkway Altoona, WI on Wednesday, November 14,, 2018 at 11 AM with visitation from 10 AM until time of service.

Burial will take place at the Norwegian Lutheran Cemetery in Eau Claire, WI.
