Robert Halvorson

Robert (Bob) Halvorson, age 80 of Elmwood, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 27th, 2021 at Saint Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota.

Bob was born June 26th, 1941 in Spring Valley to Corvin and Evelyn Halvorson. Bob met his wife Mary Ann in Elmwood where they married on September 21st, 1963

Bob worked for the Army Corp of Engineering for 31 years before retiring in 2003. He enjoyed time with family, camping, wood working, fishing, hunting, being outdoors, traveling and trips to the casino.

Bob is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; sons: Terry and Tim; grandchildren: Jordan (Jami), Trevor (Cabrina), Talley and Tarrin,; great grandsons: Brantley and Colt; and his sister Judy.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and twin brother, Richard.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Welcome Home Assisted Living, 1121 West Industrial Road, Elmwood, WI. 54740 on Friday, August 20th, 2021 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
