Paul William Austin, age 73 of Lake Hallie, passed away on Friday, November 19, 2021 at home.
Paul was born on October 4, 1948 in Eau Claire to William “Bill” and Fern (Mattison) Austin. He was under the care of Northwest Pass Ways to Independence. The ARC Eau Claire who supported him for 35 years. Paul worked at the Aurora Community Service Day Program.
He is survived by his mother Fern of Stevens Point; brothers: Richard Austin of Wausau and William (Lynn) Austin of Minocqua; sisters: Jeanine (Rick) Tucker of Mosinee and Ann (Larry) Carlson of Stevens Point; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are his father William Austin and an aunt Susan Austin.
The family would like to thank all the people who worked with Paul through his life.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona with Pastor David Irgens officiating. Burial will take place in Eagle River, WI at a later date.
