Michael Darna

Michael Curtis Darna, 75, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. He was born on September 25, 1949 in Norway, Maine. He married the love of his life, Candace Wetterling on October 26, 1985.

Mike had a deep Love and Faith in Jehovah God and loved to share the Bible's promises with all. His greatest joy was nature and creating art from what he found while enjoying the beauty around him.

Mike is survived by his wife Candy; son Sage Darna; sisters Cynthia Stafford and family, and Samantha Heathman and family; brother Brian Rust and family; mother-in-law Sharon Wetterling; sisters-in-law Melanie Collins and family, Renae Wetterling and family, and Carrie Wetterling; and his much-loved extended family.

Preceding him in death are his parents, father-in-law and 3 brothers-in-law.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, W7933 Edgewood Ave., Ladysmith. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
