Linda Bartlett

July 31, 1948 — October 9, 2024

Linda Lou Bartlett, 76, of Chippewa Falls, passed away on October 9th 2024.

Linda was born in Ladysmith, Wisconsin on July 31st 1948. She grew up in Lake Holcombe, Wisconsin with her mother Leona and father William, one brother and five sisters. Linda was married to Peter Bogumill on November 11th, 1968 they were married for 22 years.

Linda owned Little Angels Daycare as a Child Care Provider for 40 years, her love for children prevailed throughout her entire adult life. Linda enjoyed spending time with her family, bowling, softball and most of all praising Jesus! She was also actively involved in foster care, supporting the less fortunate and many churches.

Linda is survived by her beloved husband Richard Guckenberg, her children Dawn Gosse and Travis Bogumill, her grandchildren - Hannah Schiller, Miette Gosse, Ella Bogumill, Harper Robertson, Gage Bogumill and Ryker Bogumill, her great grandchildren – Lane Langreck, Colt Schiller, Kacy Schiller, Amarah and Ezekiel Gosse, also her foster daughter Shannon Donaldson, along with many other family and friends.

Linda touched so many lives with her passion for little people! Her hilarious sense of humor, laughter, companionship and encouragement through the Lord’s word and her prayers will be deeply missed by so many.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents Leona and William and siblings Floyd, Margaret, Eleanor, Beulah, Barbara and Evelyn.

The Celebration of Life will be held on November 9th from 12-4 o’clock at Northwoods Church in Cornell, Wisconsin. All are welcome to join Linda’s family and friends.
