Kenneth Ahlman

Kenneth Charles Ahlman, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on January 7, 1947.

Ken lived a life marked by service, love and adventure. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Ken served his country with honor during the Vietnam War from 1965-1969 aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard. His commitment to duty and his unwavering patriotism were evident in all aspects of his life.

On June 11, 1983, he married Jean and together they raised their family. Ken is survived by his devoted wife Jean; his children Jenny, Jenn (Todd), Jason (Candi), and Lucas (Christine); his 10 cherished grandchildren; sister Jeanette; and brother Lloyd (Chris). Ken was preceded in death by his parents Oscar and Florence; and daughter Raquel.

Ken was a resident of New Lisbon, WI. He found great joy in living by the lake where he embraced the tranquility and beauty of nature. He was an avid reader and cherished the simple pleasure of life. Ken's family and friends will remember him for his love, kindness, humor and laughter.

A celebration of Ken's life will be held February 23, 2025 from 1:30-5:00 at Shipwreck Bay N7265 Shacks Rd Mauston, WI 53948.
