Julie Terese Frandsen, 54 of Eau Claire died on Friday, April 14, 2017 at River Pines in Altoona with her family by her side.
She was born on May 24, 1962 in Eau Claire to Francis and Rita (Smith) Schmitt. Julie graduated in 1980 from Altoona High School. She married Jerry Lee Frandsen at St. John’s Lutheran Church on July 20, 1996. She enjoyed camping, and listening to music. She also was a huge Packer fan.
Julie is survived by her husband Jerry of Eau Claire, siblings: Mike (Bev) Schmitt of Holcomb, Mark (Dawn) Schmitt of Eau Claire, Becky (Jim) Blaha of Altoona, Kris (Roy) Smothers of Burlington, Iowa, mother, Rita Schmitt of Altoona, and beloved dog, Burford.
She is preceded in death by a sister, Roseanne Hein and her father, Francis.
Funeral for Julie will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Stokes, Prock, and Mundt Funeral Chapel at 12:00 P.M. with Deacon Bob Chittendon officiating. Burial will be held at Brunswick Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.
