Julianne Zurek

Julianne R Zurek, 54, of Eau Claire Wisconsin passed away on Wednesday December 12th 2018 at Mayo Health Systems of Eau Claire.

Throughout her life she loved playing golf, watching Nascar, and of course watching the Packers. Family and friends were of utmost importance to Julianne, and she was always there to help anyone when it was needed. Along with being helpful she also had a spunky side to her that her friends and family loved. Her cats Wilson and Elsa were like family to her.

Julianne is survived by her life partner, Randall Kopp; mother, Bernadine Meixner; step-mother, Dolores Zurek; brothers, Conrad and Daniel (Paula) Zurek; sisters, Kelly (Mark) Amon and Sue (Jim) Davis. She is also survived by nieces, Jamie (Aaron) Wilson, Jennifer Crawford, and Chelsea Wik; and nephews, Trent (Kari) Davis, and Cooper Amon.

She is preceded in death by her father Ron Zurek.

Services will be held on Sunday the 16th of December 2018 at Stokes, Prock, and Mundt Funeral Chapel located at 535 S Hillcrest Parkway in Altoona. Visitation will be held from 11:00-2:00 followed by a service at 2:00. The service will be officiated by Father Tom Krieg.

The family would like to give a special thank you to all the family and friends that helped during the last few weeks of Julianne’s life, you all know who you are and it is greatly appreciated.
