Julia Tolene

Julia Lynn Tolene, 58, of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, passed away on January 30th, 2018 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems of Eau Claire.
Julia was born in Spooner, Wisconsin on December 14th, 1959, to Leonard A. Tolene and Lorraine B. Hammond.
Julia worked in general maintenance for several years, and loved her job as a mom, grandma, and great-grandma. In her free time, she adored fishing and being outdoors. And with her love of the outdoors, it’s no surprise another one of her passions was taking care of her plants.
Julia is survived by her life partner, Billy Hopf; her children, Shannon Tolene, Therese Charboneau, Rachell (Dustin) Hopf, Ray (Christina) Charboneau and step-son Travis West; her brothers, Terry (Patsy) Tolene and Daniel Tolene; her sisters, Linda (Roger) Towne, Phyllis Tolene, Pauline Tolene, Rose Tolene, and Lori Adams; 12 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren with 1 great-grandchild on the way.
Julia is preceded in death by her parents, her brother John Tolene, and her sister Nancy Stoll-Sloviak.
The Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on February 10th, 2018 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel. Pastor Rob Gerber of Cedarcreek Community Church will be officiating. Visitation will be held at 12:00pm-2:00pm on February 10th, 2018 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel. A luncheon will be held at Stokes Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel following the service.
