Jerry Kilboten
March 18, 1947 — January 5, 2024
Jerry B. “Killer” Kilboten, age 76 of Eau Claire, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024 at Oakwood Health Services in Altoona with his family by his side. He was born in Eau Claire on March 18, 1947 to the late Bruce and Florence (nee Johnson) Kilboten.
Jerry enlisted in the United States Army on June 25, 1965 and was honorably discharged on January 24, 1968. He worked on the shell line at National Presto, Packerland Packing and Mill-Run Golf Course. He was the proud owner of Ace Tree Service and Hide-A-Way Bar. He loved all sports, especially the Packers, Badgers and Brewers, fishing, hunting, golfing, sitting outside with friends, making DIY stuff with wood, country music and he was an avid animal lover. He also enjoyed a cold Old Mil and Blackberry brandy.
Jerry thoroughly enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren’s sporting events. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Marie (nee Gullickson); sons: Sean (Kari) and Bradley (Traci); grandchildren: Jeremy (Shelby) Machnik, Sean (Jasmine) Machnik, Brittnee Paulson (Jason Holland), Elisha (Corey) Poirier, Nikki Kilboten (Dylon Smieja), Tyler Kilboten (Faith Brown) and Madisyn Kilboten (Blaine Bauer); 11 great-grandchildren; several cousins, a niece Tenielia (Brad) Sprinkle, a nephew Hunter (Sarah) Gullickson; and his special cats Molly and Max.
Preceding him in death are his parents, father-in-law and mother-in-law Lyman and Alice Gullickson, brother-in-law Lynn Gullickson, nephew Ryan Gullickson, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services with full military honors will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona with Pastor Jeff Carlson officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Inurnment will be at Lakeview Cemetery, Eau Claire at a later date.
