Jennifer Dorothy Probst (Marsh) passed away the evening of Thursday, July 4
th
, 2024, at the age of 65. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family in her home in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Jennifer was married to her husband, Charles, for 43 years. She was a loving mother to two children, Mikale Probst (Katie) and Mishana Williams (Ryan). She is also survived by her siblings, Tonya Soderberg (Ray), Jeffrey Marsh (Dawn), Shelley Briggs (Tom), and Dawnelle Trost.
Jennifer’s parents, Marian Marsh (McFadden) and Maynard Marsh passed away prior.
Jennifer was a beautiful, kind and compassionate woman and her spirited personality shined through to the end. She and Charles lived in Germany for a time after getting married. She enjoyed traveling and exploring Germany as well as Paris. She and Charles also lived in Maryland and Illinois before settling back in Eau Claire to be closer to family. In her younger years, she was an aspiring artist and chose to focus her time and attention on raising her two children. She was also a loving bird momma to Lavender and Sunshine. She took pride in her plant and rock gardens, both at home and at the lake spot on McCann Lake. She loved to watch the sun glisten on the water near sunset. Her vibrant spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Celebration of Life will be taking place on July 26 th from 4-7 pm at the VFW at 1300 Starr Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54703.
