Harvey Lichtenwalner

Harvey Allan Lichtenwalner, age 78, died Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the Cornell Nursing Home, Cornell, WI. Harvey was born April 19, 1939, in Racine, WI to Earl H. and Ethel L. (Lorenze) Lichtenwalner. He spent much of his adult life in the Chippewa County area touching the lives of many people throughout the community.

Harvey worked at Chippewa River Industries until his retirement this past year, where he enjoyed working, spending time with friends and attending all events. Harvey enjoyed fishing, traveling, visiting with friends, attending church services and faithfully watching and supporting the Green Bay Packers.

Harvey is survived by his niece, Donna Gullickson.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Ardith Christensen and Florence Harris.

Harvey is survived by many friends and will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of working with him and being part of his life.

A funeral service will be on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Stokes, Prock and Mundt Funeral Chapel at 11:15 A.M. A visitation will be held from 10:30 A.M. until the time of service. Luncheon to follow. Internment will take place at the East Lemonweir Lutheran Cemetery, Rural Elroy, WI at a later date.
