Gregory John Raines, 55, of Janesville, passed away on Friday, April 2nd, 2021 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison.
Gregory John Raines was born December 7, 1965, in Des Plaines, IL to John Buford Raines and Bessie L. Raines.
Gregory was preceded in death by his mother, Bessie L. Raines.
He is survived by his father John B. Raines; six children, Michael (Kyra), James, Mario, Karactus, Leif, and Autumn; one granddaughter, Violette; two sisters Peggy (Tom) and Pamela (Dave) and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a devoted and loving father and grandfather. Gregory enjoyed driving trucks and hobbies including making leather goods. He also enjoyed Norse Martial Arts that he practiced as part of The Northern Horde. His love of music and singing voice will be kept close to the hearts of many friends and family.
