Age 83, formerly of Minneapolis, MN, Pepin, WI and finally Plum City WI.
He was predeceased by his parents, Laurence and Leona Finden. Earl is survived by his brother Roy Finden, Golden Valley, niece Jenny Finden Watson of Minneapolis, Shirley Porrazzo, Plum City, WI, his wife, best friend and eternal soul mate of 40+ years, and family members, Joseph Porrazzo, Los Angeles, Julianna Porrazzo-Ray, James Porrazzo (Dana), John Porrazzo (Kathy), all of Minneapolis, Jeanne Porrazzo-Carroll (Mil), Stillwater, and Jerry Porrazzo, Cambridge. There are a multitude of nieces, nephews, grand and great grandchildren of the Porrazzo clan too numerous to mention individually.
Earl was a private, introspective, and multifaceted person who graduated in 1964 from the School of Pharmacy, University of Minnesota. He was a deeply spiritual being, member of the Theosophical Society, a lifetime MENSA member, marathon runner, cross country ski competitor, several Ironman competitions, canoeist, bicycle enthusiast, and humanitarian. Earl was a well read individual of every genre and was a T.S. Eliot aficionado; one of his favorite writers.
Thank you to Dr. Nizar Ottoman, Advent Health, Adoray Home Health and Hospice Care and most importantly, an extra special thank you to Plum City Care Center, Seasons Assisted Living staff for their compassionate and loving care; they are to be commended. Per Earl’s request there will be no memorial service.
