Donna Mae Rudolph

November 24, 1951 — August 19, 2021

Donna Mae Virginia Rudolph, age 69 of Stanley, WI passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021 with her loving children by her side.

Donna was born in Marshfield, WI on November 24, 1951 to Elmer and Virginia Junker. On August 21, 1971 she married Paul Rudolph and enjoyed 49 years of marriage until his passing on September 2, 2020.

Donna was a loving wife, sister, mother and grandmother. She had a quiet self-sacrificing spirit, always putting others ahead of herself. She worked beside her husband as a taxidermist, continuing to run the business even after his passing. She took great pride and joy working on her specialty, bear rugs. She was also known for her love of gardening, canning and caring for her cherished pets over the years.

Donna was an active member of the Thorp Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, volunteering countless hours helping others.

Survivors are her daughter Tracy (Lee) Schill of Ironwood, MI; sons: David Rudolph of Stevens Point and Michael (Kelly) Rudolph of Stevens Point; her sister Barbara (Charles) Wellner of Abbotsford, WI; her granddaughter Samantha Schill of Ironwood; and loving friend Barb Bjorge of Stanley, WI who thought of her as her own mother.

Preceding her in death was her husband Paul Rudolph and her parents Elmer and Virginia Junker.

We would like to thank the local congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses for their outpouring of love and support. She will be greatly missed by so many.
