Dennis Hoffman, aka "Do Dad", "Pa H", "Dennis the Menace", 76 of Chippewa Falls, WI passed away on December 6, 2024.
Dennis was born in Ladysmith, WI on May 14, 1948. He graduated from Holy Cross Seminary in Lacrosse, WI. He attended UW-Madison and received a Bachelor's Degree in Business.
Dennis was married to his loving wife, Marge on June 27, 1970. They were married 54 years.
Dennis proudly served his country and was a Satellite Communications officer in the US Army. After the Army, he started his own business, RF Power Components, which made tuners for Amateur Radio operators. Later he worked as a salesman for Hovland's in Eau Claire.
He was a collector and enjoyed Amateur Radio, tractors, motor scooters, fishing, electronics, and old radios. He cherished his family time especially his grandchildren and grand-bunnies. He was an animal lover and took pleasure in feeding the birds, deer, and wildlife at his country home.
Dennis is survived by his wife Marge, his children: Christina, Michael (Penny), and Jennifer Hoffman. His grandchildren Noah and Mason, his mother Elaine (recently turned 100), his brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and other cherished family and friends.
Dennis is preceded in death by his brother Pauly, his father Edwin Hoffman, his niece Cassandra Bunders, great niece DeLainey Hayden, and sister in-law Joan Hoffman.
Dennis's family wishes to thank all of the Hoffman and Mancl families for their ongoing support as well as neighbors and friends during this difficult time. Our family will miss him dearly and he will be forever in our hearts.
