They spent many summers and weekends at Dewayne’s parent’s cabin on Lower Long Lake near New Auburn. Later in life, Betty and Dewayne started camping at Tag-a-Long Resort in Birchwood. It was there where she would meet many life long friends. She also enjoyed playing Farkle and Left, Right, Center with her family.
She had a very big heart of gold and was extremely generous to her friends and neighbors, sharing her famous breads and baked goods.
