Anthony Robert Hoffman, age 71 died at 9:15 am Friday morning at his home in Millston, Wisconsin. Anthony was born in Racine, Wisconsin on November 3, 1950 to Henry “Pappy” Hoffman and Margret Taber.
Anthony, also known by Tony, attended high school in Union Grove, WI and later moved to Millston, Wisconsin in 1978 where he later completed his GED at WWTC. Tony met Vicky Lynn Sanborn and they married in 1975 in Marinette, Michigan and later relocated back to Millston, Wisconsin and had two sons, Jason and Joshua.
Tony worked for Import Motors of Racine, and after moving to Millston he worked at various garages as a mechanic and later became employed with the Wisconsin DNR. Tony did this for years and later took on his role with Hablemans Cranberry Marsh from where he retired.
After his divorce, Tony later met Deborah, and they married November 10, 2000. Tony’s family expanded with two additional stepsons David and Jeremiah Neubauer. Tony and Deborah resided in Millston and enjoyed many adventures together.
Tony enjoyed and favorite pastimes were riding motorcycle, watching NASCAR, fishing and hunting with his sons and grandson. Later Millston started hosting car shows and softball tournaments, and Tony loved to cook and became the grill master for many years at these events.
Tony is survived and will be greatly missed by his wife Deborah of Millston, WI, his two sons Jason (Victoria) Hoffman of Millston, Joshua (Caitlyn) of Tomah; stepsons David of Millston and Jeremiah (Crystal) of South Carolina; grandchildren, Shane (Makenzie) Hoffman, Eric Hoffman, Brook, Issak, and Joshua; step grandchildren Morgan, Ariana, David Jr, Ralph, Anthony, Abby and Tanner; great grandchildren Tyson, Lyra and RayLynn (step); and two siblings John of Franksville and Carol of Racine.
Tony is preceded in death by his parents, Henry “Pappy” and Margret; siblings Henry Jr, Catherine and Mary.
The Hoffman Family would like to thank Home Health Care workers Becky Johnson and Melissa Hizer for all their time and assistance.
