Almon Rodney Bollman peacefully passed into his God's presence on Sept. 11, 2021 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He was born on Nov. 24, 1927 in Racine, Wisconsin to James and Edna (Hunt) Bollman. He was the oldest of seven children.
He married the love of his life, Ruth (Kurtz) Bollman on August 26, 1950. They eventually moved to Madison Wisconsin where they raised a family of four children. Rodney had his own business as a Master Plumber in the Madison area for many years. He eventually retired and lived in Apache Junction part of the year and Bruce, Wisconsin the other part of the year.
Rodney loved the great outdoors and took many camping trips with his family across the US. He had a great love for photography and hiking.
He was a man with a great faith in God and lived it in front of others. He had a gift of caring about others and helping them anyway he could Rodney is survived by his wife Ruth (Kurtz) Bollman of 71 years, children and spouses Rodney and Rebekah Bollman, Keith and Wanda Bollman and Candy and William Churchill, thirteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren and four sisters, Shirley Dakota, Nancy Prosise, Diane Shelton, and Judy Whittington.
Rodney was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Armstrong, and two brothers, Thane Bollman and Philip Bollman.
A Memorial Service will take place at a later date.
