Alan (Buzz) Moss, 72 of the Town of Seymour, WI passed away at his home on April 20
th
, 2024.
He was born on August 27, 1951 to Pat and Henry (Hank) Moss. Buzz was a graduate of Regis Catholic School. After graduating, he became a truck driver and drove for 49 years, putting on over 5,000,000 miles. Buzz had been the Owner/Operator of ABI trucking since 1989.
He retired in 2024 to spend a little more time with his dearly loved grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his family, and all who knew him. He’ll always hold a special spot in our hearts and at our tables.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, motorcycling and I would say a bit of cooking. He was also a dedicated member of St. Bridget’s Catholic Church.
Buzz was preceded in death by his parents, sister Lana, and son Brandon.
He is survived by sisters Leanne and Kathy, brothers Gary and Mark, sons Greg (Carol) Moss, Curt (Loretta) Moss, nine cherished grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, wife Cynthia, and two step-children Tony Tanner and Michelle Moua.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at St. Bridget Catholic Church, 2801 N 110 th Ave., Chippewa Falls, with Father Brandon Guenther officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Visitation will also be held from 6:00 p.m.– 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2024 at Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel, 535 S. Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona. Burial will be in St. Bridget Cemetery.
